Registered users can shop in the biofresh-hungary.hu web store. Registration and related data provision is voluntary. Biofresh Hungary Kft. does not buy or sell data or information about anyone.
Registration via the site is done in writing, by filling out and sending a data sheet, and it is a condition that the user accepts these general terms and conditions and recognizes its provisions as binding on him.When registering, we record the following data: surname, first name, address, phone number.
The customer service will confirm the successful registration by e-mail. However, Biofresh Hungary Kft. is entitled to refuse any registration request if the user provides untrue or incomplete data on the registration form, or from the data or the circumstances, it can be concluded that the purpose of the registration is not the intended use of the website. Biofresh Hungary Kft. is also entitled to cancel the registration if the use of the website (browsing or shopping) detects abuse, illegal behavior or actions on the part of the user or customer.
The data of the data controller is the same as that of the website operator.
Biofresh Hungary Kft. undertakes that its data management complies with the applicable legislation in all respects: CXII of 2011. Act on the right to information self-determination and freedom of information, XLVIII of 2008. Act on the Basic Conditions and Certain Limitations of Economic Advertising, Act C of 2000 on Accounting, Act VI of 1998 act on the protection of individuals during the machine processing of personal data, on the promulgation of the Convention dated January 28, 1981 in Strasbourg, CVIII of 2001. Act on certain issues of electronic commercial services and services related to the information society.
The duration of data management lasts until you cancel your registration. A registered user can unregister at any time.
We will delete your registration upon separate request, within 3 working days from the receipt of the request, but you can do this yourself in the Personal settings menu item, under "my data". In this case, the deletion takes place immediately. You can indicate your cancellation request by e-mail or registered mail. We will only accept your request by e-mail from the e-mail provided during registration.
Biofresh Hungary Kft. hereby informs you that if you have placed an order in the online store, your personal data will be stored for 2 years in order to fulfill the contract and to later prove the terms of the contract. You can request information about data management at any time during the data management period. We will answer your questions within 3 working days at the latest. We only accept questions by e-mail from the e-mail address provided during registration.
By registering, the registered user consents to sending newsletters and promotions notifications to the customer service in electronic form, in the absence of an express objection. If the registered user does not wish to use these services, he can indicate his request for cancellation at all of our contact details
The registered user can only purchase and act in his own name. In the case of an economic organization, the authorized or authorized person can act.
The registered user is entitled to use all the services that he indicated during registration.
The protection of personal data provided to ABiofresh Hungary Kft. is of utmost importance. It is committed to handling the personal data of users and customers in a way that contributes to creating the possibility of safe Internet browsing and shopping in accordance with the relevant applicable laws.
Except for the provision of data to subcontractors necessary for the fulfillment of orders, Biofresh Hungary Kft. does not transfer the data it manages to third parties. The subcontractors are not entitled to use or transfer the personal data provided by Biofresh Hungary Kft. to third parties in any way.
Biofresh Hungary Kft. protects the data in every way, especially against unauthorized access, disclosure, change, deletion, destruction both during network communication (i.e. online data management) and during data storage and preservation (i.e. offline data management). Personal data can only be accessed by persons holding relevant positions - subject to the application of high-level access controls.
During registration, Biofresh Hungary Kft. only requests data that is absolutely necessary to fulfill orders and complete purchases.
Biofresh Hungary Kft. can analyze the data recorded in our database during registration and purchase for its own internal use and for the purpose of creating statistics.
The user expressly agrees that Biofresh Hungary Kft. is the personal
manage, process and store your personal data for the purpose defined above.

Biofresh Hungary Kft. is not responsible for damages resulting from force majeure or other events beyond its control,
including but not limited to

- resulting from a software error, internet network error, other technical error,
- line, or resulting from a system error,
- for damages resulting from incorrect information from the supplier.
Complaints handling information
If the customer has any complaints about the order, contract, data protection or anything else related to the online store, he can report his complaint in writing electronically to our e-mail address or by letter to our postal address. If possible, they try to solve a verbal complaint immediately. If the customer does not agree with the resolution of the complaint, Biofresh Hungary Kft. will record a report, a copy of which will be handed over to the customer. Biofresh Hungary Kft. will investigate the complaint within 30 days. The customer will be notified of the result in writing. We keep the minutes for 3 years.
Enforcement options
CXII of 2011 on the right to self-determination of information and freedom of information. Act 14–19 § and § 21; you can exercise your legal rights in court based on Act V of 2013 (Data Protection Act) (Ptk.).
You can also ask for help from the Data Protection Commissioner (1051. Budapest, Nádor u. 22., postal address: 1387. Bp. Pf.: 40.) for questions related to personal data. You can address your complaints to:
