In general, we store the product for 3 days after confirmation, if it has not been received by then, the order is considered cancelled. Unless the customer indicates the date of collection in advance. But in this
in this case, we only store the product for a maximum of 7 days from the date of the order.
The delivery is carried out by the Hungarian post office.
Delivery deadline:
- if the ordered product is in stock, it will be delivered to the specified address in 2-5 working days.
- the ordered product is not in stock and we cannot get it, then we will contact the customer immediately.
The delivery fee is HUF 3,200 gross, for the entire territory of Hungary.
The delivery fee refers to the delivery of a package to a specific address. A package can contain any number of products.
So, for example, if you order 10 products in one package, you will only be charged for delivery once.
Delivery is free for orders over HUF 30,000 gross!
The delivery fee includes all other costs. Such as: packaging, cash on delivery costs, etc.
The post office makes deliveries between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Therefore, it is best to enter a work address as a delivery address or an address where someone can pick up the package during this period.
If you request the package for your workplace, you should also enter the name of the company where you work. This makes it easier for the postman to find e.g. in a large office building.
In the case of returned packages that are not accepted due to a lack of funds, the return shipping fee will be charged to the customer, we can only re-send the package if the value of the package is transferred in advance!
No delivery on weekends and holidays. Unless one of them is nationally considered a working day.
Payment information
Payment can be made:
- Cash on delivery. In this case, the order must be paid for at the postman's desk upon receiving the product.
- By cash on delivery: As soon as the amount of the order has arrived in our bank account, we will immediately deliver the package to the post office.
The shipping cost is automatically added to the order amount.
The total amount to be paid includes all costs based on the summary of the order and the confirmation email.
The invoice and warranty letter are included in the package. Upon delivery, please inspect the package before the postman, and if there is any damage to the products, ask for a report and do not accept the package.
We are unable to accept subsequent complaints without a protocol!
All products in the online store are priced in Hungarian forints (HUF) and include the 27% sales tax (VAT).
Therefore, the prices shown on the page are gross prices.
In the event of a price change, for orders placed prior to the change, the old - prior to the change - price will be valid and charged. If you placed your order by phone or e-mail, then it entails the automatic acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions! If there is an error or deficiency in the products or prices in the online store, we reserve the right to correct them. In such a case, we inform the customer of the new data immediately after the error is recognized or modified. The customer can then confirm the order once more, or it is possible for either party to withdraw from the contract.
The customer service will automatically confirm the order by e-mail, which includes the ordered products, the name and contact information of the customer, the billing and delivery address, as well as the chosen delivery method and your comments.
Confirmation will take place shortly after receipt of the order, but within 2 working days at the latest. If you can't find it in your inbox, check your spam folder first. If it is not there, please contact our customer service.
The confirmation is an e-mail sent automatically by the system, which means that the order has been received, not that the product can be delivered!
If we cannot deliver or purchase any of the ordered products, we will contact the customer immediately. Partial performance is only possible with the prior notification of the buyer.
When the order is submitted to fposta, a second e-mail is sent. This includes the expected delivery time. Therefore, please pay attention to the e-mail provided during registration.
